We teach how to cook delicious Chinese dishes from quick-cook recipes to slow-cooker recipes. (These are not the same as you get in your fast food English version Chinese takeaways). We offer group classes and individual classes at our place with personalized dishes such as seafood dishes, beef dishes, vegetarian dishes, noodles dishes, garlic-lover dishes, spicy dishes, sweet sour dishes etc.

Option 1: Authentic Chinese Cooking – Immersive Mandarin (Adults)
Learn to cook a delicious healthy homemade Chinese dish while practicing everyday Mandarin.
In this fun, hands-on session you will:

Prepare one authentic Chinese recipe from scratch using fresh ingredients.

Hear and use Mandarin vocabulary for ingredients, utensils, and cooking steps.

Enjoy tasting the dish together and take home the recipe to recreate it.

We will learn how to make dumplings from scratch, boil, and pan-fry dumplings
Making your own dipping sauce
Making dumplings with choices of beef mince, pork mince, lamb mince, shrimp, and vegetarian fillings
